Delete your SpainReady account

A. Delete inside the app

This is the fastest method. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately after the final secure confirmation.

1. Open SpainReady on your phone or tablet.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account & sync.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Confirm deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, you are signed out and access to SpainReady ends immediately. Local subscription and entitlement records are removed from our systems.

B. Request deletion through this website

If you cannot use the in-app flow, submit the form below. These requests are manually reviewed and completed within 7 days, and no later than 30 days, from receipt. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed once completed.

What will be deleted

Deleting your account removes data held by both the SpainReady marketing site and the SpainReady learning app, including:

• Your auth account (name, email, password credentials).
• Your learning progress, lesson history and saved phrases.
• Your preferences and settings.
• Your subscription and entitlement records.
• Marketing lead-capture records tied to your email, where applicable.

What may be retained

• Legally required transaction records, such as invoices and payment evidence, may be retained for up to 7 years to meet UK tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations.
• Support correspondence and related records may be retained for up to 24 months.
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
• Suppressed email addresses may be retained for compliance and anti-abuse purposes (for example, so we do not accidentally re-contact you).

Paid subscriptions and billing

Deleting your SpainReady account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Paddle, Google Play or Apple. You must cancel that subscription separately through the provider you purchased from to prevent future charges.

Deleting your account removes access to SpainReady immediately. Any remaining paid period may be lost and is not automatically refunded. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
