1. Who you're contracting with

SpainReady is provided by SpainReady Ltd (“SpainReady”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or continuing to use the SpainReady website or web app, you agree to these terms. You confirm you are at least 16 years old and, if signing up on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

2. What SpainReady is

SpainReady is a subscription service that teaches practical Castilian Spanish for real life in Spain, including lessons, audio, speaking practice and progress tracking. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own personal learning on the plan you have selected.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the product. No payment card is required for the trial and it does not convert automatically into a paid subscription — access simply ends after 7 days unless you choose a plan. One trial per person.

4. Plans, payment and billing

Current plans are Monthly (£8.99 per month), Annual (£89.99 per year) and Lifetime (£149.99, a single one-off payment). Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable tax.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, renewals, taxes, invoices, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time using the Manage billing button on your SpainReady dashboard, which opens Paddle's secure customer portal. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Lifetime access is a one-off purchase with nothing to cancel. Refunds are handled by Paddle — see our Refund Policy.

6. Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You can delete your account and data at any time — see our account deletion page. Deleting your account does not cancel billing with Paddle, Google Play or the App Store; cancel those separately.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use SpainReady unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• interfere with the security of the service — no malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or share your account access;
• share, republish or use our lessons, audio or content other than for your own learning.

8. Intellectual property

SpainReady Ltd retains all rights in the service, including software, lesson content, audio, documentation and branding. Your own content (for example recordings or notes you submit) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

9. Learning outcomes and availability

SpainReady is a learning tool. We aim for accurate, natural Spanish as used in Spain, but we do not guarantee any particular level of fluency, exam result or outcome, and content is not legal, medical, financial or immigration advice. We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

12. Changes to the service or terms

We may improve, add to or retire features. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
