30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions and lifetime access.
Free trial first
Every new learner gets a genuine 7-day free trial with full access to SpainReady and no card required, so you can try everything before you pay anything at all.
How to request a refund
Payments for SpainReady are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through our contact page or email support@spainready.app and we'll help you.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your SpainReady dashboard, which opens Paddle's secure billing portal. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not automatically refund a payment already taken. If your renewal has just gone through and you no longer want it, request a refund as above.
Your legal rights
This policy sits alongside your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel a distance purchase under applicable UK and EU consumer law. Nothing here limits those rights.
